One of the post holder’s key roles will be to manage the running of their designated office,

Main duties of the job
• Day to day oversight of designated office, ensuring everything is maintained and working
• Liaising with landlords, their agents, and facilities management contractors to ensure the
• Providing full front of house / reception duties to ensure that staff and guests are received
• Providing a sign-posting service for the public and staff via the phone, email and face to face.
• Ensuring that all NHS Kent and Medway general enquiries phone calls are handled politely
• Supporting the Office Management and Estates team duties, contributing to the development
• Managing the corporate credit card process, credit card inbox, and petty cash office budget
• Verifying all Office Management and Estate related invoices.
