Job overview

We are looking for experienced health care workers to join our staff bank to support our hospital wards in the following locations, Edenbridge, Sevenoaks, Hawkhurst, Tonbridge, Faversham, Deal, Whitstable and Tankerton and Westview Tenterden community hospitals. 

Main duties of the job

Some of your duties will include, 

  • Keeping the people who use our services as safe as possible through the use of sound clinical skills and effective risk assessments, escalating concerns to a Registered Healthcare Professional when needed
  • Ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes by using up-to-date skills and adhering to evidence-based policies and procedures within the scope of your assessed competence
  • Ensuring the people using our services have a good experience
