The Therapy Administration Team are seeking a part-time administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will act in a co-ordinator and liaison role within the Therapy Assisted discharge Service (TADS) and the administration team of Therapies.

Key responsibilities include maintaining activity databases, taking messages, coordination of communication with community team, administration of referrals, equipment orders, meetings, healthcare records, and caseload administration

- GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English
- Computer literate including good knowledge of software programmes and IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience/Knowledge

- Two years Administrative Experience
- Experience of working as part of a team and alone
- Experience with reception and telephone duties

- Experience of working in, or with, community health and social care services

- Able to diffuse confrontational situations
- Ability to organise, prioritise own work and use initiative
