Recruitment Assistant band 3 - 30 hrs per week:

£28,622 - £30,225 Inclusive of Hcas pa pro rata

To support the delivery of an efficient & effective recruitment/on boarding service for Bromley Healthcare for both substantive & bank staff recruitment, this role has a particular focus on Domiciliary carers for Bromley Healthcare Care at Home where you will be recruiting domicillary carers, the role will involve advertising vacancies, answering queries from applicants, arranging interviews, assistant all candidates though pre-employment checks including coordinating training prior to starts, offering face to face support if required, arranging start dates and arranging on boarding ensuring a smooth transition into the role for applicants.  The Recruitment Assistant will also be required to work alongside the head of recruitment and wider recruitment team with regards to the TRAC recruitment system ensuring compliance to the Bromley Healthcare recruitment process and NHS pre-employment checks for all positions Bromley Healthcare are recruiting to.
