Main duties of the job
• Domiciliary and clinic based intervention
• Completing comprehensive and holistic new patient assessments
• Designing individual rehabilitation plans and goal setting.
• Delivering and adapting Occupational Therapy interventions.
• Collaboration with MDT
• Equipment provision and ordering
• Supervising Therapy Assistants and Apprentices
• Clinical education of students on placement

If you are a highly motivated individual and willing to work autonomously as well as part of a team then we would like to hear from you.
You must be an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Car access and a drivers license are also essential as you will need to be able to travel independently around the patch.

- OT degree and HCPC registration

- QI and practice educator training

- Minimum 2 year in practice / Experience managing complex caseload / supporting and mentoring others
