These roles are available across both Tunbridge Wells Hospital and Fordcombe Hospital sites.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking candidates with a wide range of skills and experience. While specific duties may vary by role, the following attributes are essential across all positions:
- A strong level of customer service and communication skills
- Experience in administrative, secretarial, or front-of-house roles
- High accuracy in data collection, entry, and verification
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of email
- A willingness to learn new IT systems
- Good typing skills
Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable, and a basic understanding of GDPR is desirable (however training will be provided).
Please note: This is a bank-only role and work is offered on an as-and-when-required basis. Weekend and evening shifts are not available, so please only apply if your availability aligns with weekday hours.
