Job overview

This role requires Co-ordination of the Cardiac MRI service engaging with other providers to ensure patients scans are being delivered in line with the Trusts targets, which requires someone who is well organised and has great communication skills. Main duties of the job

The Cardiac MRI Coordinator is responsible for management of the MRI referrals ensuring the patients are booked within a reasonable timeframe in line with the Trust targets.

Essential criteria
  • Previous experience customer service/reception
  • Computer skills including windows based operating systems and Excel
  • Appraisals Annual and sick leave management
  • Recruitment management
  • Good verbal communications skills and a sensitive, caring approach to people

  • Be able to meet required Trust targets
  • Able to work as part of a team or own initiative
Desirable criteria
  • Working knowledge of PAS and WASP
