Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner - Development post

NHS AfC: Band 6

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner to join us in a development post with a clear progression plan to move you into a Band 7. 

You'll be joining our team based at Sittingbourne and Sheppey Minor 
Injury/Urgent Treatment Centre. 

As a member of the MIU/Urgent Treatment Centre, you will be expected to manage the assessment, diagnosis, implementation and treatment of a range of highly specialised care for adults and children (aged 1 year and above) presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems visiting the unit.

You will be provided and supported with a personalised development plan to progress you into a Band 7 post within an agreed and targeted time frame. 

You'll be given opportunities  to lead an area of practice, and liaise with leads at other MIU/UTC sites within the organisation, attend relevant meetings and disseminate information to team members.
