Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust was established in April 2002 and authorised as a Foundation Trust on 1st December 2007. The Trust provides health and wellbeing services for a population of around 1.5million people. The services provided include community nursing, health visiting and a range of therapy services including physiotherapy, podiatry and speech & language. Wellbeing services provided include smoking cessation and healthy lifestyle services. The Trust specialises in inpatient and community mental health services. Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
Applications are invited for an Administrator to provide a comprehensive service to the Mindsmatter teams at various locations across Lancashire. The post holder will coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
The post holder will be based at Alfred Barrow Health Centre, Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness, LA14 2LB with the potential to have to travel to other NHS Talking Therapy bases and required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the networks administrative service, providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their Administration Line Manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
Evidence of relevant previous experience, a good general education and excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. Knowledge of working within the NHS will be an advantage and computer skills will be essential.
The successful applicant will require a flexible approach and the ability to work within a busy team. They will also be expected to use their own initiative and work unsupervised to ensure the effective coordination of duties.
