Inpatient Flow and Discharge Support Worker

Essential Qualifications required:

•    Educated to A-level, or NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration/Customer Care/ HNC in Business or acquired relevant equivalent experience

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The Flow Support Worker will play a prominent role in ensuring the delivery of flow within LSCFT Inpatients. This will be achieved through developing excellent internal Communication pathways, the utilisation of the internal escalation process and ensuring the multi-disciplinary team adhere to the Department’s internal professional Standards. 
 
The post holder will ensure the timely flow of patients through the area to help Identify available capacity and assist to place patients appropriately, supporting the Integrated Discharge Team Practitioner and Flow Lead working within agreed procedures and protocols.
