Job overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic person to provide an efficient reception service to the mental health teams within the Pennine area. The base for this post is flexible and will be discussed at the interview stage with all of the interview candidates.
The post is 37.5 hours per week, working 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Qualifications needed:
• NVQ level 2 customer care qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience of working within a customer service role.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in various reception teams in the Pennine area. This role includes providing a reception service for mental health teams as well as physical health teams within LSCFT.
The successful candidate will be required to work at several different locations such as Darwen, Accrington, Rossendale, Burnley, Nelson and other sites within Pennine to cover staff absence. Please note that travelling expenses will be paid for excess travel.
Main duties of the job
You must be able to provide efficient administrative support and have excellent IT, keyboard and data inputting skills. You will also require strong interpersonal and customer service skills, be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to organise your workload effectively.
