Job overview

We are looking for two resilient, robust, self-motivated clerical officers to support the work of the Integrated Community Paediatrics Service based at Breightmet Health Centre. The successful applicants will provide efficient administration duties.  You will need to demonstrate attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be well organised, flexible and self-directive with a positive ‘can do’/problem solving attitude.  Excellent word processing and good general office skills are required.  Experience of working with confidential and sensitive information within timescales, deadlines and protocols is essential.  Being based in a busy office it is essential that you can work independently, on occasion there may be elements of lone working but it is also essential that you are able to work as part of wider team in the provision of health services to children and their families.
