Chemotherapy Sister

We are recruiting for a Nurse Sister/Charge Nurse who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are looking for that special person who enjoys a challenge, has a positive outlook, is caring, enthusiastic and ready to commit to the role of team leader within our dynamic SACT day unit based at Bolton NHS FT
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
Responsible for delivering a high standard of specialist nursing care to all patients who attend the chemotherapy unit . Able to coordinate the overall management of the Unit.
Facilitating the education and support of qualified and unqualified staff and participating in the development of nursing practice in the clinical area.
Working independently/autonomously without direct supervision, accountable for own professional actions.
Take an active role in deputising and supporting the Macmillan Chemotherapy Co-ordinator.
