An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Performance & Quality Administrator/Typist, to work in the Moving Well Services, based at the Minerva Centre, Lowthorpe Road, Deepdale, Preston PR1 6SB.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive individual. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a challenging and demanding role.  You must have proven knowledge of Administration procedures and have previous experience of audio typing.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about the challenges of working in a busy and constantly changing environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and to achieve strict deadlines. You will be a highly motivated individual and will have excellent communication skills.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive full range of duties to the Moving Well services.  The post holder will coordinate their activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.

The post holder is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the services, providing administration cover to all teams and other cover as directed by the Medical Secretary/Admin Team Lead in liaison with the Deputy Admin Lead to ensure continuity of a quality service.

  • ECDL or equivalent
  • NVQ 3 / RSA Grade 3 or equivalent

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of effective admin systems and ability to apply to work
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and awareness of working with people making health related changes

Experience
