Trosolwg o'r swydd

Are you a hard-working, passionate, and driven individual looking for a role as a clinical pharmacist?

We are seeking applicants from all sectors and trainee backgrounds. If you are enthusiastic and committed then you could be just one step away from being a clinical pharmacist in our team of clinical, specialist, highly specialist and prescribing pharmacists, medicines management technicians and assistants.

The Pharmacy department at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Trust (LTHTr) is an innovative and welcoming place to work and we are searching for motivated pharmacists including new registrants, and those from other sectors to join us and help us reach our ambitious targets.

As a department we aim to ensure every patient is assessed against pharmaceutical clinical priorities. We have developed an integrated team model working with our EPMA system and digital pharmacy whiteboard to deliver a modern pharmacy service. This includes a team of medicines management assistants, ward-based technicians, pharmacist prescribers and satellite pharmacies at ward level to ensure an efficient patient-facing service that is fully integrated into the multi-disciplinary team.

This post is based across both sites - Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley and South Ribble Hospital.
