We are seeking a compassionate Patient Support Assistant 🌟 to help make our department a welcoming and calming environment. In this role, you’ll chat with patients to ease their nerves 🤝, assist with light tasks 📝, and support our staff in delivering excellent care 🏥.

Main duties of the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reassurance and friendly conversation to patients 😊.

• Assist with serving beverages ☕ and help out at meal times 🍽️.

• Help with restocking and keeping areas tidy 🧹.

• Escort patients to the main entrance as needed 🚶‍♂️.
