The Quality Team are looking for someone highly motivated to support with daily administrative tasks to support the daily running of the team.

 

This post will commence from April 2025

Main duties of the job

We are a dynamic team committed to delivering the highest standard of quality service which you will support by providing day to day effective and efficient support:

  • Cover the Practice Placement Support Officer role if short-staffed.
  • Ensure orders are placed appropriately, GRN’d and authorised.
  • Organise team meetings and ensure they are accurately recorded.
  • Support the team lead in the achievement of KPIs, audits etc.
  • Support with all administration required for the Effective Practice Facilitators when setting up and delivering training
  • Organise quality led meetings and provide minute taking
  • Distribute appropriate agendas and relevant papers for quality meetings
  • Support the Head of Nursing, AHP's and Practitioner performance, the Quality Lead nurse, the Practitioner Performance lead and the Effective Practice Lead with all administrative duties.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • A’ Level/NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of relevant and continuing professional development (CPD)
  • RSA 2/3 typing qualification or equivalent
  • Accurate minute taking skills
Desirable criteria
  • European Computer Driving Licence, Computer Literacy and Information Technology (ECDL or CLAIT) or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working in a busy administrative environment, delivering a full range of administrative procedures
  • Management of records and information in an office environment
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Knowledge and proficiency in use of relevant software packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience of working in the NHS
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection
  • Knowledge and experience of SystmOne
