An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator position within the Trust Headquarters Executive Administration Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team to provide an efficient and effective administration service to support the smooth running of our Trust Headquarters.
The role will involve general reception duties, along with a wide range of office procedures, meeting administration, and transactional processes.
This role will require high levels of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast moving, and sometimes highly pressurised environment.
This is a full time position (37.5 hours a week) based at our Trust Headquarters in Lincoln.

Main duties of the job
· To provide an efficient and effective reception service at Trust Headquarters which ensures the smooth running of the building. To provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Administration Team.
The provision of minute taking and meeting administration, including preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and papers as required.
The post holder will be expected to act on their own initiative and provide cross cover/support for other team members as necessary, in order to facilitate effective service function.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification plus experience Good standard of education
- English ‘O’ level / GCSE or equivalent.
Desirable criteria
- Shorthand of 60 wpm
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience working within office function and ability to support a busy team
- Data entry and extraction from electronic data bases
- Conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Word / Excel / PowerPoint / electronic diary management etc.
Desirable criteria
- Audio typing skills
- Knowledge of Trust database systems
- Electronic diary management
- Previous experience in a medical or NHS setting
