GP with Special interest in ENT 

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint  GP with SI in ENT to join its current team at RFL. This is part of its exciting new development and expansion. 

The Royal Free London ENT department is undergoing some exciting changes with a bright future ahead. There has been a £4.6 million investment into this department which is quickly expanding to occupy the majority of North Central London. The department is being modernised with diversification of its workforce and skill mix to meet the needs of the population in a 21st century world.  

The post holder (s) will be responsible solely for out-patient care of patients at all 4 sites (job share encouraged). These include the newly acquired North Middlesex University Hospital as well as  Barnet General, Chase Farm and the Royal Free Hospitals.

Main duties of the job

General Responsibilities

The post holder (s)  will support the expanding outpatient clinical activity across these sites.  

The successful applicant (s) will be expected to work with existing staff to meet current NHS targets for patient waiting times and other performance targets in line with national guidelines and frameworks.  The provision of assessment and management of a range of ENT conditions in adults including Otitis Externa, BPPV, Otalgia, Perforated TM, Epistaxis, Nasal obstruction, Allergic Rhinitis, Epley Manoevre etc.
