The Royal Marsden, together with its academic partner The ICR, is designated as the UK's only NIHR BRC dedicated solely to cancer.
The GI Unit, which spans the Chelsea and Sutton sites, is world renowned for clinical care and clinical research related to patients with gastrointestinal cancers. National and international collaboration is integral to the Unit’s research strategy.
The post-holder will work as part of the GI Cancers Liquid Biopsy team in the GI Unit, recently established and supported by the NIHR and the GI unit, with one area of focus being in genomics and blood based biomarkers.
