You will lead the operational teams for the aseptic units at both sites and work collaboratively with senior pharmacists, to develop and deliver our pharmacy aseptic services. You will work closely with the accountable pharmacists to ensure services are delivered in line with the quality management system.

We have recently established a centralised SACT Distribution Unit (SDU) at our Sutton hospital site to manage all externally compounded SACT items. The post holder will be responsible for leading and developing the SDU service, ensuring that an efficient and cost effective service is provided.

•    To lead on the delivery of local, regional and national projects to optimise service provision and improve patient experience. The post holder will be responsible for implementation of these projects via the change management system, through extensive stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
