Job overview
This is a position within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub.
The Lead Data Analysis and Information Officer is responsible for the running, collation, analysis and presentation recovery and KPI reports. The post holder will also be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the day to day functions of the London Breast Screening Hub.
Data accuracy and Audit are critical performance measures of the Breast Screening service that impact on patient pathways and as part of the recovery, the post holder will be instrumental in providing statistical analysis and updates to the 6 London breast screening services.
The post holder will make informed decisions within the area of responsibility, in accordance with local, regional and national guideline/requirement policies and procedures.
The post holder is responsible for developing and implementing reports to define completeness and adequacy of the data collection procedures.
The post holder is responsible for work based audits and process reviews. To develop ad hoc reports using a variety of computer packages and present when required.
The post holder will have management responsibilities, to provide oversight to the London Admin Hub Team and take ownership of and assist with HR related tasks e.g. sickness and performance management
