**This is a part time vacancy for 3 days per week (22.5hrs per week)**

Main duties of the job
To liaise closely with other Administration/Data Officers/Clinical admin officers to ensure integration of functions and facilitate providing cover for periods of short-term absence.
All admin officers are expected to develop the knowledge and ability to provide cover for key elements of other departmental work. The specific elements to be covered by each Admin Officer will be specified by the Team Leader/Office manager who will also arrange appropriate training.
To deliver support services that are in line with the Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) guidelines and targets.

- NVQ2 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent
- Key Skills Level 2 in Literacy or equivalent
Experience

- Experience of undertaking detailed, intensive work in a busy administrative environment
- Experience of using information technology such as Word and Excel in work-related activities.
