Job overview
An opportunity to work with the The Enfield Mental Health Division for Adults has arisen.
We are looking for a positive, reliable and flexible individual to join the team, this role will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Enfield Senior Service Lead Acute of Adult Services and Enfield Lead of Psychology and Psychological Therapies as well a working with the operational/ senior managers in Enfield.
This post will be based in Chase Building, Chase Farm Hospital.

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will have had previous experience in a secretarial/administrative role who has excellent administration skills with knowledge of a range of admin procedures and software as well as
trust policies. They must be confident and competent managing conflicting priorities using their initiative and problem solving skills, with an ability to respond to unexpected demands and work with minimal supervision.

Education
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in area.

- 2 years NHS experience

- Extensive use and knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes; Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher.
