Job overview

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the health and wellbeing of children and families? Join us as a Health Visitor in one of London’s most vibrant and diverse communities—City and Hackney. We currently have exciting opportunities available for Bank Health Visitors to be part of our team.

At Homerton Healthcare, our Health Visiting service is experiencing a dynamic period of growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that includes Health Visitors, Public Health Staff Nurses, and Community Nursery Nurses, all dedicated to improving the health outcomes of our youngest residents. As a key member of this team, you will deliver vital early intervention and support through the Healthy Child Programme, making a lasting impact on families when they need it most.

Aligned with one of our local Neighbourhoods, you’ll work closely with the City of London and Hackney Children and Family Hubs, allowing families to access a comprehensive range of services all in one place. This integrated approach empowers you to provide truly holistic care, supporting children’s development and promoting family health in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
