Main duties of the job
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working in with the public in an administrative position. You will be expected to give excellent customer care in a busy and high pressured working environment, working across multiple out-patient clinic locations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy.
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Security operative to lead a team of security officers at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have proven experience of working in with the public in an administrative position. You will be expected to give excellent customer care in a busy and high pressured working environment, working across multiple out-patient clinic locations. They will need to possess a variety of personal attributes in order to work to the highest standard. These include the ability to communicate effectively, assist in leading change, and have a high level of confidence in their ability to ensure the best possible standards are delivered to our patients.
