  • To provide an effective employee relations service to managers in dealing with and managing all aspects of employee relations including complex cases.

 

  • To be proactive in ensuring that issues are dealt with appropriately and resolved at the earliest stage possible in accordance with policy timescales.

 

  • To be part of the team actively contributing to the Human Resources directorate to provide an effective, efficient and quality ER service.

LNWH are looking to recruit 1x exceptional Senior HR Advisors to join our Employee Relations Advisory Service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for engaging, solution orientated people to play a vital role in delivering our ER Service.

You will provide advice and support to line managers on a range of human resource management issues including change management and individual employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance management, performance management, sickness and workplace dispute management. A key function of the role is to develop the skill and capacity of managers to empower them to manage people issues effectively and independently.

The successful applicants will enjoy the support of an innovative Human Resources Department. This is an excellent post for professional and personal development.

To succeed you will be CIPD qualified with a sound understanding of employment law and a passion for delivering an excellent service to managers.
