Job overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacy technician to join our dynamic, innovative and friendly team dedicated to improving our Patient Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and patient orientated pharmacy technician with experience and a passion in this area of work within hospital pharmacy.
Excellent communication skills and enjoying working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team are essential. You will also need to be friendly, approachable, adaptable, flexible, willing to learn new skills and be committed to continuous professional development. All applicants must be registered pharmacy technicians with the General Pharmaceutical Council and hold the Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician qualification. This is a full time post and the post holder will be required to participate in the weekend and late night duty rota pro rata. |
Main duties of the job
You will work with the patient services team to help implement, deliver and continually improve the technical support in patient services. You should have a keen interest in education and training and a desire to help, support and deliver training within patient services.
