Job overview

The Organisational Development and Leadership purpose is to be a catalyst for change in leadership impact, at scale and depth, beyond the moment.

In order to deliver on our purpose, ODL  operates as an internal consultancy delivering value to the Group in the following ways:

  3. We use our expertise to enable change at the individual, team and Group level.  Our work is anchored in outcomes that make a positive difference and building OD capacity in the organisation, for sustainable change.
  4. We operate as a connector across the organisation and work strategically with other change agents including Human Resources, Service Transformation, Clinical Practice Groups and Quality Improvement.
  5. In the interests of progress, our work focuses on compassionately disrupting unhelpful patterns, behaviours and practices and as such OD is impartial.
  6. OD purposefully works with dialogic OD practices – those that expand the range of voices in all conversations in order to create shared meaning, generate new knowledge that leads to transformational change.
