Band 3/Band 4 Administration staff required to join the East London NHS Foundation Trust Bank, covering various sites across Bedfordshire and Luton
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
To provide effective administrative support to clinical staff within
the teams.
To work closely with the admin team to provide an efficient and responsive
administrative provision to the teams ensuring service delivery is met.
The post requires the ability to work on own initiative and to liaise effectively with a broad range of professionals and to maintain client confidentiality. To work alongside and to cover all Administrative areas, when required and requested and to cover other administration staff across several locations in Bedfordshire/Luton, as and when the need arises.

Swydd ddisgrifiad a phrif gyfrifoldebau manwl
- Meeting and greeting service users attending outpatient clinics
- Communicating with services users, carers, family members and Health Care Professionals, both face-to-face and via the telephone
- Maintaining appointment diaries and service user records using RiO, electronic data base
- Typing correspondence
- General admin tasks as required

- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Good standard of Written and Spoken English

- English GCSE or NVQ1
Skills/Abilities

- computer Literacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritise workload, and plan and organise own time effectively
- 40-45 wpm typing speed
- Word packages including Word & Outlook
- Ability to work flexibly without direct supervision and prioritise workload, and plan and organise own time effectively.

- Other windows packages for example Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience

- Experience of working in an administrative capacity within a team setting.

- Basic Cash Flow Management
- Experience in a health/mental health, education or social services environment.
