The successful candidate will bring experience of working at senior level within a healthcare setting, with experience of successful development and implementation of organisational and clinical strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of managing major organisational change, particularly in a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency setting, ideally with experience of transformation in mental health and community health services and the development of integrated care across system boundaries. Crucially, you will promote and embed a compassionate, fair and just culture of diversity, equality, inclusion and human rights.

We value and promote diversity and are committed to equality of opportunity for all and appointments made on merit. We believe that the best boards are those that are balanced and reflect the communities they serve. We want to increase the diversity of our board and particularly encourage applications from women, people from the local Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, LGBT communities, younger candidates and from people with lived experience of disability, who we know are all under-represented in these important roles.
