West London NHS Trust  provides a full range of mental health, community  and physical healthcare services for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.

We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.

The Resourcing Operations Manager at West London NHS Trust will play a pivotal role in advancing the organisation's ambitious workforce expansion over the next two years. This role is designed to provide operational leadership for the recruitment and temporary staffing teams, ensuring these teams align with the Trust’s goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving improvements in recruitment processes, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire and candidate experience, and supporting strategic workforce projects. This position offers a dynamic and engaging work environment, where the right individual can significantly impact the Trust's workforce strategy.

Oversee the daily operations of the recruitment and temporary staffing teams, ensuring compliance with NHS recruitment policies and guidelines.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates, aiming to maintain an average time-to-hire of less than 12 weeks.

Provide leadership and support to recruitment and temporary staffing teams, conducting performance reviews and implementing development plans.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment solutions.

Lead strategic recruitment projects, including the implementation of AI automation tools.

Generate and analyse recruitment metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.

Ensure adherence to NHS guidelines and legal requirements, managing audits and inspections related to recruitment and temporary staffing.
