Job overview
NEL Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) ICB are seeking to recruit an experienced 8B Senior Programme Manager to work as part of a dynamic friendly team in supporting and enabling maternity transformation across North East London, reporting to the Head of the LMNS Programmes.
Main duties of the job
An enthusiastic applicant must be able to foster positive working relationships, problem solve, plan strategically and have good communication and presentation skills, with a minimum of two years working at a senior level.

Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Educated to degree level with evidence of post-graduation qualification in project management
Experience
Essential criteria
- Working at a senior level -8A minimum two years as a project /programme manager.
- Working in NHS or local authority
- High level of Communication Skills
Desirable criteria
- Line Management experience
- Budget Holder
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of programme and project management with a qualification and portfolio of knowledge in project delivery
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
