Job overview

We are recruiting for a motivated Foundation Pharmacist to join the fabulous North East London (NEL) ICB Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation team. The team works as a multi-disciplinary group of individuals, who operate with a broad range of skills and experience. We are key enablers for collaboration and integration across all health and social care partners in the NEL Integrated Care System. As a team player you will be supported to fully commit to this way of working, especially with regards to transformational work with medicines and pharmacy.

We are looking for a keen individual who will be a key part of the Primary Care and Places team and provide medicines optimisation advice to stakeholders. You will encourage clinical excellence, amongst local health and care professionals in relation to medicines, across primary care and the interface with secondary care and promote high quality safe use of medicines across the ICS.

Joining our team will give you the support and opportunity to further develop your skills and abilities as you navigate working across both the ICB Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation Team and the wider ICS.
