Job overview

Our successful domestic team are looking to recruit dynamic, experienced and hard working housekeeping assistants at various sites during an exciting time as we continue to improve our services.

You will provide day to day cleaning duties in line with the NHS cleanliness standards, to ensure the essential and efficient cleaning service to our clinics an Hospital

 

 

Main duties of the job

The primary function of this role is to provide cleaning services to support the clean, safe environment for HRCH NHS Trust patients and colleagues. This work is an essential element to healthcare safety and compliance with infection prevention and control standards.

The post holder will ensure the service is delivered to a high-quality extending care and consideration to patients, staff and visitors.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues
  • Keeping the HRCH NHS Trust premises clean and tidy and reporting any faults
  • Ensuring all equipment used is fully maintained, cleaned, and stored appropriately
  • Using resources efficiently and effectively for each cleaning task.
