Skills

Meini prawf hanfodol

Ability to provide and present and train staff members in the usage of telephone equipment such as ACD & Voicemail
To assist with the writing of documentation for in house local working procedures as required.
Use own initiative to prioritise and resolve any urgent requests that may arise as part any authorised department moves and changes.

Meini prawf dymunol

To deal with, in the first instance, requests and complaints as referred by Line Manager and Switchboard Supervisor
To act as stand in for the line manager, attending site and project meetings as required.
Hardware Telecommunication equipment configuration and general hardware management for the Trust.

Experience

Meini prawf hanfodol

Experience of working within a complex environment with telecommunications network equipment
Significant experience of working in a telephone voice servicing and maintenance at first line Level for at least one of the following: MiTel 3300, Siemens iSDX exchanges to Level 9.0 software, MD110.

Experience of working with Netcall Liberty platform
Experience of working within multi discipline project environment

Qualifications

Educated to HNC level (or equivalent) in an engineering or scientific subject

Qualification in customer service such as an NVQ to level 3
Demonstrable experience working in the telecommunications industry, preferably in a field service / technical support role
