Job overview
We have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation team to support us in achieving Green Certification through the National Certification Programme for Cardiac Rehabilitation. We are looking for a dynamic team member to support the team to input data to the National Audit for Cardiac Rehabilitation (NACR), as well as supporting with local service improvement projects. Our service is currently under a Service Level Agreement and when the services split, the successful candidate will be expected to work across the Richmond Borough only.
Main duties of the job
1. To be responsible for inputting patient data into the National Audit for Cardiac Rehabilitation (NACR) database.
2. To monitor and update the cardiac rehabilitation Excel database to ensure data is submitted in a timely manner in accordance with NACR deadlines.
3. To maintain efficient administration systems to support the organisation and smooth running of the service.
4. To contribute to and assist in the delivery of service objectives and service developments.

- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths, grades A-C
Experience

- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems
- Experience of effective team working

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team and encourage collaborative working
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate IT competence, particularly Windows applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
