To provide administrative support to the SWL Immunisation Service: As an administrator for the SWL Immunisations Service, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the delivery of vaccinations for influenza (flu), COVID-19 vaccine(s) and assist in other immunisation programmes as required. You will be required to work with both children and adult patients of all ages in one of our stand alone sites/clinics, GP Practices, housebound and care homes or other SWL NHS Partner Service.

The SWL Immunisation operates across all of South West London, including but not limited to the boroughs of Wandsworth, Southwark, Kingston, Richmond, Tolworth, Sutton, Merton & Croydon

Main duties of the job

South West London Immunisation Service - Bank B3 Admin Support

We are looking for Administration staff with previous administrative and clerical experience, preferably working in a hospital or related service within the NHS trained on NHS systems such as EMIS, with excellent Microsoft office skills, including Excel.
