Job overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic mental health practitioner to join our friendly Multi-disciplinary team.

You will require experience of working in a mental health settings and awareness of delivery of community mental health care.

You will hold and manage a caseload of people (for up to 6 months) facilitating assessment, care planning, sign posting, short term interventions and safe discharge.  Your role will also include liaison with other multi agency services.

The team covers an ethnically and culturally diverse area, and you will have the opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, and with a wide range of psychosocial needs. By assessing your clients and their carers needs you will be able to access and sign post to a wide range of community resources and provider services available in the local area.
