Antenatal Day Unit Midwife

An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Midwives to join our Antenatal Day Unit Team at The Royal Oldham Hospital.     Our Antenatal Day Unit is relocating to run alongside the Complex Pregnancy Unit and will work in conjunction with the MDT and Midwife Sonographers.

Our Antenatal Day Unit team provide outpatient care to women and birthing people who are experiencing a complex pregnancy and attend the unit for ongoing care as part of a seven day service.   Typical available shift patterns would be a variety of Monday - Friday 0730-2030 and Saturday and Sunday 0800 - 1700. 

We have both full and part time roles available.

This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as an Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC PIN within the next 3 months. Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.

The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses and Midwives who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely.
