Main duties of the job
Are you passionate about nurturing talent and driving quality in neonatal healthcare? We invite you to be part of our mission to empower the neonatal workforce at The Royal Oldham Hospital, ensuring that every caregiver is expertly trained to deliver safe, high-quality, and efficient services to our tiny patients and their families.
In this dynamic role, you will coordinate and facilitate educational initiatives for both medical and nursing staff—registered and non-registered alike—while meticulously monitoring compliance. Your clinical expertise will guide and support staff, identifying growth opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborating closely with our senior nursing team, you'll champion a quality service rooted in the latest evidence-based research. You'll play a pivotal role in setting, monitoring, and auditing clinical standards, all while translating lessons learned from incidents into meaningful, cot-side learning experiences.
Additionally, you’ll engage with regional and national projects, forging robust connections with peers across the North West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network Education groups.
If you're ready to make a lasting impact on our neonatal community and inspire a new generation of caregivers, we want to hear from you!
