Working within the Salford Care Organisation, sitting within the Northern Care Alliance, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with the services within the organisation. The HR Advisor will work to provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service to a division within a Care Organisation. They will also support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR and Care Organisation objectives.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a HR professional to join our team as a HR Advisor to play a crucial role in providing high quality HR services.  You will have the support of an HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor team and the wider HR Team. 

Qualifying Criteria must be met:

1) Current HR experience with complex cases

2) Previous NHS experience

Main duties of the job

 As a key member of the HR team, the post holder will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on employment issues. 

To provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service to a division within a Care organisation. To support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR and Care Organisation objectives. Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience
  • Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Substantial HR experience within the NHS at advisory level
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
