We respect the value of difference. So, our aim is to employ people representative of the communities we serve. Regardless of age, disability, gender, marital status, trans status, pregnancy and maternity, race, sexual orientation, religion or belief, all are welcome.

We continually review our recruitment processes to ensure they are supporting us achieving an inclusive and representative team.

We recognise that many people find interviews daunting and the conventional interview approach, of unseen questions, often impacts performance on the day. We are therefore piloting sending interview questions, to candidates, in advance. This vacancy is within one of our pilot areas therefore if you are invited for interview you will receive your interview questions in advance of your interview date.
