Job overview
Due to the internal secondment of the current postholder, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly formed centralised rota team, providing general admin support to the rota coordinator team.
Main duties of the job
You will :
- provide administrative support and input data into the relevant computer systems and excel documents
- answer and respond to all routine enquires via the telephone, email or face to face.
- support the doctors with compliance with mandatory training
- support the medical managers with the attendance management policy

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- To undertake administrative duties including emails management, photocopying and dealing with telephone enquiries as deemed appropriate in line with Trust Policies and Procedure
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Establishment and maintenance of correspondence and other filing systems
- Attendance management of locums through TempRE
- Update electronic systems as required for recording sickness and leave
- To assist with the rotation of new trainees to the Trust
- Carry out other general clerical and administrative duties within the team
- Support doctors with the attendance management policy
- Support with compliance of mandatory training
- To create basic rotas and assist with daily staffing queries
