The Maintenance department is looking to recruit a maintenance plumber.
The role will undertake planned maintenance and alterations of essential mechanical systems across the diverse building services of the Trust estate.
You will need to have the ability to analyse faults , undertake rectifications and be able to advice on system improvements to ensure continuity and improvement of service.
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual who has the ability to prioritise workloads, identify potential improvement within their discipline and be proactive in providing a high level of service to staff, patients and site visitors.
£26,530 - £29,114 plus £5,000 RRP.
Main duties of the job
As a plumber within the Estates department, you will be responsible for carrying out essential alterations and maintenance of mechanical services within the trusts building portfolio.
Typical duties within your role may include, general plumbing maintenance tasks, PPM's, small instalations and to respond to active problems.

- OR E 2 • Course 596 Plumbing Craft Certificate (course ref 596-1) TOGETHER with • Course 599 Construction Services Welding Advances Craft (course ref 599-2)
Experience
Essential criteria
- Demonstrable relevant experience in a healthcare setting
