Locum Consultant

Job overview

Due to the reconfiguration of our CAMHS & Neurodevelopmental Teams and new funding from the Welsh Government and Health Board, applications are invited for a new Fixed term post of Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to assist in providing comprehensive child and adolescent mental health services to our Neurodevelopmental Team (ND) across the rural and urban areas of Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Bridgend.  The successful candidate will join another 2 CAMHS consultants and a multidisciplinary team which comprises Community Paediatricians, a Clinical Pharmacist, Specialist Nurses, Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists and a Specialist Healthcare Support Worker.
