Mae ein lleoliad yn ddelfrydol; rydyn ni’n agos i brifddinas Cymru, mae Porthcawl i’r gorllewin ac mae golygfeydd godidog Bannau Brycheiniog.

Ein gweledigaeth yw gofalu am ein cymunedau a’n cleifion trwy atal salwch, hyrwyddo iechyd gwell, darparu gwasanaethau gwych a lleihau’r angen am ofal cleifion mewnol lle bynnag y bo’n bosibl, trwy ddarparu gwell gofal yn y cartref, gwell gofal sylfaenol a gwell gofal yn y gymuned.

Rydyn ni’n gwerthfawrogi amrywiaeth ein staff, ac rydyn ni’n croesawu ceisiadau gan bobl o grwpiau sy’n cael eu gwarchod gan Ddeddf Cydraddoldeb 2010; mae hyn yn cynnwys oedran, rhyw, cyfeiriadedd rhywiol, hunaniaeth rhyw/ailbennu rhyw, hil/cenedligrwydd, crefydd/cred, anabledd, beichiogrwydd a mamolaeth, priodas a phartneriaeth sifil.

Mae croeso i bob ymgeisydd ymgeisio yn y Gymraeg neu yn y Saesneg, ac ni fydd ceisiadau yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn fwy neu’n llai ffafriol.

Sylwer bod ychwanegiad dros dro ar gyfer Bandiau 1,2 a 3 i adlewyrchu ymgorffori'r ychwanegiad i’r cyflog byw, sef £12 yr awr - £23,465 y flwyddyn. Bydd yr ychwanegiad dros dro hwn yn weithredol hyd nes y bydd y codiad cyflog blynyddol ar gyfer 2024/25 wedi’i gadarnhau
