Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the  living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until  the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed

Main duties of the job

Band 2 HCSW

An exciting  opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the Complex Care at Home Team as Band 2 Health Care Support Workers. The Complex Care at Home Team is an innovative service providing care to individuals with complex needs within their own homes.

We are looking for individuals who are caring, committed and trustworthy with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be required to work across all areas of our service, this may range from working in a patient’s home providing direct care 24 hours a day or visiting patient’s homes within the community on our peripatetic runs. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are positively motivated and flexible to meet the needs of the service

The role can be challenging but rewarding and within your role you would be encouraged and supported in your professional development by our in-house educational team as well as the wider nursing team.

Please note, a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) cannot be issued for this vacancy to apply for a Health & Care Visa due to the minimum skill level required. Should you wish to apply for this post, an alternative visa will be required.
