This is an exciting opportunity to join Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's Recruitment team!
We are looking for a confident individual with a strong administration background, intermediate skills on all Microsoft office applications and preferably experience of using an electronic recruitment systems.
The recruitment function is a very busy function often managing changing priorities through the working week and providing good customer service to our colleagues and applicants.

Main duties of the job
The main purpose of this role is to support the Assistant Recruitment Manager in the delivery of recruitment as per the Health Board's three year People Plan. This role is part of the Future workforce team working on different projects and priorities to help recruiting the right staff for the right roles.
You will undertake all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to on-boarding for a host of job roles including Apprentices, Health care support workers and Newly qualified Nurses. There is also an expectation that you will attend hospital sites and recruitment events. You will undertake each task to a high standard with excellent customer service responsive to the needs of all candidates, managers and staff throughout the Health Board.
You will provide a full administrative support to the Assistant recruitment Manager, other colleagues.
You will be the first point of contact for all candidates ensuring that all checks are received and processed within the agreed timescales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English
