Critical Care Directorate

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Band 5 Registered Nurse’s within the Critical Care Directorate at the Grange University Hospital.

The Directorate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses who are keen to pursue a career within Critical Care nursing and be part of our new venture.

Main duties of the job

Previous experience working within Critical Care is not required as full training and mentorship will be given. The Directorate offers all new recruits the opportunity to undergo extensive training and development within the unit. 

We pride ourselves on the support that we give to our staff which includes:

-the ability to work in smaller teams so that you get to know the team around you and your senior team can help you develop and grow. 

-regular clinical supervision sessions 

-be part of focus groups of your interest to participate in quality improvement

-regular events for team building

-available funding for you to progress on your educational journey in Critical Care and much more!

Candidates are required to be flexible and reliable in their approach to work. In return the directorate will demonstrate a commitment to both personnel and professional development to the successful candidate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh applicants are equally welcome to apply.
